The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority), in cooperation with design-build contractor Dragados-Flatiron Joint Venture (DFJV), announces nighttime closures along State Route (SR) 198, between SR 43 and Sixth Avenue, in Kings County. This will include two nights of work on Monday, Oct. 2, and Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2023 from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Work will include the installation of k-rail and shifting traffic slightly to construct and extend the Hanford Viaduct over the highway.
