The Human Resources division is responsible for all aspects of the city’s human resources system including recruitment, testing, selection, classification administration, labor relations, benefit administration, workers compensation, safety administration, risk management, and employee development.
Applications are accepted only for job openings that are posted. All job openings are posted in the City of Lemoore’s Human Resources office and on NeoGOV. All job postings contain information regarding job duties and qualifications, salary range, benefits, final filing date, and materials required to apply (i.e., application, supplemental questionnaire, resume, transcripts, etc.).
If you are interested in a position that currently does not have an opening, you are welcome to complete a Job Interest Card and submit it to the City.
